Attendee FAQs
‣ Exhibitors
Exhibit Booth Staff can register for their "Exhibitor" badge via a custom link that has been shared with the Main Contact within each exhibiting company. The Exhibitor Pass includes all the same access as the Heartland Pass plus access to the Expo floor during set-up days and hours.
‣ Speakers
Speakers are invited to access the link to register in the Speaker Portal. The Speaker Pass includes all the same access as the Heartland Pass.
‣ Press
The Media Team at SEMI will send invitations to register for pre-approved press in February.
‣ Sponsors
Sponsors can register for their "Sponsor" badge via a custom link that has been shared with the Main Contact within each sponsoring company. The Sponsor Pass includes all the same access as the Heartland Pass.
‣ Exhibitor Appointed Contractors
Invitations to register will be sent in March to EAC companies who have initiated logistics with GES.
• Cancellation refund requests must be submitted in writing [email protected] no later than March 31, 2026, and will be subject to a $125.00 processing fee. After March 31, 2026, only substitution requests are available.
• Substitution requests are welcome and will be accepted in writing from the original registrant by
March 31,2026. Emails can be sent to [email protected]
During the online registration process, attendees and exhibitors from outside of the United States will have the option to request a Visa Invitation Letter.
SEMI will process requests within 5 business days.
Once registered, attendees may update their information or add additional access by logging into their record.
