SEMICON West & FLEX 2022 Social Media Promotion - Rules and Regulations

The SEMICON West and FLEX 2022 social media promotion is open to all registered attendees to SEMICON West and FLEX 2022.  Each post and person invited by the registered attendee through the InGo Social Media and Email Tool (“the Social Media Tool”) will count as one entry.  The Social Media Tool is available via the registration confirmation page and the registration confirmation e-mail.

Registration begins on April 7, 2022 and concludes at 4:00pm, July 14, 2022.  Several promotional giveaways will be available during this registration period with dates and value of the prize conspicuously posted with each giveaway. 

The count of the invitations and posts is cumulative and does not zero out with each consequential promotional giveaway.

Winners will be selected by random drawing and notified by SEMI.  Winning entries will be pulled from future drawings.  Any prizes not claimed within two weeks of winner notification are subject to a second round drawing and the first round winner withdraws all claims to the prize.

Neither a prize nor any portion thereof may be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or any other item. Any portion of a prize that is not used is forfeited. There shall be no substitutions for a prize.

Attendees who register more than once and use The Social Media Tool will not garner additional entries into the promotion.  Only the first registration record associated with The Social Media Tool will be counted for the promotion.

Odds of winning are dependent on the number of attendees who register for SEMICON West and FLEX 2022 and their use of the invitation tool. 

e-Mail contact data and LinkedIn Connections will not be shared with SEMI or any other organization.  If the invitation is successful and the invitee registers, SEMI will interpret the source of the invitation as from The Social Media Tool, but not the associated person who sent the invitation.

Each contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Contest Rules and Regulations shall be governed by the State of California.

SEMI Staff and SEMICON West and FLEX vendors are not available to participate in this contest.
