A Versatile Silicon Photonics Platform for Datacom and Sensing Applications [Pre-recorded]

In this work we will present our work on 300mm Silicon Photonics development and research. Process and devices for data-communication up to 400Gbits/s, Beam Scanning devices for LiDAR and ring resonators for bio-sensing will be discussed. Finally, integration of III-V on Silicon for laser and modulators will be shown.
