SmartPower Products in Silicon on Insulator (SOI)

Silicon on Insulator is a clever way to implement proper isolation in highly integrated SmartPower technologies. STmicroelectronics, the inventor of BCD, has introduced SOI in some of its BCD technologies to provide highly efficient isolation, with many advantages. The presentation will highlight those, providing some applications and products possible to manufacture thanks to BCD-SOI.
