Fawn Bergen

Fawn Bergen is the Manager of Corporate Sustainability for Intel Corporation and serves as Treasurer on the NAEM Board of Directors. In her role, Fawn leads Intel’s sustainability group across their manufacturing operations and office facilities around the world. Driven by Intel’s 2030 RISE strategy – to create a more Responsible, Inclusive, and Sustainable world; Enabled through technology and collective actions – the Corporate Sustainability group leads the sustainability goals and initiatives focused on climate and energy, water stewardship, waste, circular economy and green infrastructure. Fawn has more than 22 years of experience in the environmental field. Prior to her current role, she focused on air quality engineering, carbon footprint and water stewardship in the manufacturing and mining sectors as well as environmental consulting. She holds a degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida and lives in Portland, Oregon.
