Tami Garcia

Tami Garcia is Vice President, Human Resources for Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL), a leading global provider of semiconductors and flat panel display equipment. Tami currently leads the teams responsible for talent management, engagement and retention, rewards and recognition, benefits and wellness, organization development, and HR technology. A primary focus for Tami is guiding the organization’s growth and being a leader for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion DEI initiatives. Tami joined TEL in 2000 and has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and supporting high technology organizations. During her time at TEL, Tami has had the honor to cultivate many trusted partnerships, guiding executive teams through complex situations, drive and develop global initiatives and build relationships as an advocate for employee’s success and overall well-being. Inside and outside of work, Tami has a passion for reading, learning new things, and growing as a person and a mentor looking for opportunities to make an impact every day. Tami is excited about continuing to support SEMI’s initiatives generating ongoing enthusiasm in the semiconductor industry to enable attracting and retaining outstanding talent.
