Vidyasagar Anantha

Mr. Vidya Sagar Anantha joined KLA in 2010 and has held positions in product engineering, applications and currently serves as product marketing in the semiconductor process control group. He obtained his masters degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, India. Prior to his tenure at KLA, Vidyasagar was a design Engineer at GE Healthcare. His current focus is on developing optical wafer inspection methodologies for yield improvement
