About the Recognition Program
SEMICON West's 20 Under 30 is a distinguished awards program that identifies the industry’s brightest young leaders who:
- Demonstrate outstanding LEADERSHIP | Practice productive COLLABORATION
- Exhibit a commitment to SUCCESS | Make a significant DIFFERENCE | Actively engage in COMMUNITY
Recognize future leaders who have demonstrated success in their careers in the microelectronics supply chain—

CRITERIA
Nominee must be—
- Under the age of 30 as of May 1, 2024
- Working for a SEMI Member company
- Employed in the industry for at least 2 years.
- A leader with a strong record of innovation, collaboration, community engagement, and/or outstanding performance.
Additional Information
- All nominees receive a complimentary Expo Plus Pass
- Multiple nominees from the same organization are welcome
- Nominations must come from a manager, mentor, sponsor, colleague, and/or peers
- One entry for each candidate per year. Duplicate entries are removed
- Self-nominations are not permitted
- Nominators must submit nominee's headshot and a web link to their LinkedIn profile in the nomination form. Headshots should be 1,000 x 1,000 pixels or larger in a jpeg or png format. Example headshot is show in form

Eligible nominees are reviewed by a panel of judges from The North America Advisory Board—NAAB.
