Exciting News—the SEMI Standards Meetings will move forward as a hybrid event alongside SEMICON West 2021 at the Moscone Center!
Join us for the SEMI International Standards Meetings starting Monday, December 6th through Thursday, December 9th. Save the date!
For your convenience and safety, the meetings are both In-Person + Virtual!
SEMI Standards will host 10 committees and over 50 task forces engaged in various standardization activities and topics, including:
- 3D Packaging & Integration (3DP&I),
- Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S),
- Factory Automation Hardware and Software (I&C, Metrics and PI&C),
- Facilities, Gases, Liquid Chemicals,
- MEMS/NEMS, and
- Microlithography.
